Exact steps

Open the downloaded file
Swipe down and tap the completed download, or open Files → Downloads and tap Ludo3D-0.2.0-alpha.2-dev.apk.

Open the security settings
If Android says your browser or Files app cannot install unknown apps, tap Settings. This is normal for apps downloaded outside Google Play.

Allow this source
Turn on Allow from this source for the browser or Files app that opened the APK, then use the back arrow to return.

Install Ludo 3D
Tap Install. Keep Play Protect enabled and allow it to scan the application if prompted.

Open and play
When installation finishes, tap Open. You can turn “Allow from this source” off again afterward for extra security.

Check before installing

Wait for the download notification to say complete, then tap it again.

Open the APK again from Files → Downloads. Android will return you to the correct permission prompt.
