Open your browser downloads or the Files app, then tap Ludo3D-0.2.0-dev.apk.
If Android blocks the install, choose Settings and allow “Install unknown apps” for the browser or Files app you used. Return to the installer afterwards.
Tap Install and wait for Android to finish. You can turn the “Install unknown apps” permission off again after the game is installed.
If Play Protect offers to scan the APK, let it scan. If Android reports the file as harmful, or the SHA-256 does not match the value above, stop and contact us rather than continuing.
Tap Settings on that message, allow installs for the browser or Files app you used, then go back and open the APK again. This permission applies only to that source and can be switched off after installation.
An older Ludo 3D build may use a different development signature. Uninstalling the old build usually resolves it, but doing so can remove locally saved matches. Only uninstall when you are comfortable losing that local test data.
Use a stable Wi-Fi connection and keep at least 500 MB of free storage available. Delete any incomplete APK, download it again from this page and retry.
