Privacy policy

A plain-language explanation of the information Ludo 3D uses to save your choices and provide online matches.

Who operates Ludo 3D

Ludo 3D is published by Deep Play Studio LTD. Questions about this policy can be sent to info@deepplaystudio.com.

Data stored on your device

The game stores preferences such as music, sound, haptics, reduced motion and selected character. Offline match progress may also be stored so you can continue later. This information stays on your device or in your browser storage and is not collected by Deep Play Studio or Unity unless you choose online play.

Online play

When you choose online play, the game creates or restores an anonymous guest account through Unity Authentication. Unity Authentication, Lobby, Relay and Multiplayer Services process an anonymous Unity player ID, IP address and IP-derived approximate region, session membership, selected character, generated guest name, readiness, room state and gameplay messages needed to create, join and run a match.

The Unity Authentication SDK may also process unlinked crash data for service stability. Unity Analytics, Unity Ads, in-app purchasing and Unity Cloud Diagnostics are disabled in this release.

Ludo 3D version 1.0 does not ask for a real name, email address, phone number, precise location or free-form player message. It has no advertising, in-app purchases or player tracking. Public room names and guest names are fixed or generated by the game.

Why this data is used

  • To remember your settings and offline match progress.
  • To connect you to public or private online matches.
  • To keep players and turns synchronised and recover a temporary connection.
  • To protect the stability and security of the online service.

Service provider and transfers

Unity Technologies provides the authentication and multiplayer infrastructure and may process service data under its own terms and privacy practices. Read the Unity Privacy Policy for more information, including international processing.

Retention, access and deletion

Unity Authentication retains the anonymous account until it is deleted. You can delete that account from Settings → About & Credits → Delete Online Data; the game asks you to confirm first. Unity states that Lobby player IDs in service logs may be retained for up to 30 days and Relay personal data is retained for 30 days.

For access to, or deletion of, Lobby or Relay service records, email info@deepplaystudio.com. We may need the anonymous Unity player ID shown by the game so Unity can locate the records. Uninstalling the app removes device-local settings and offline saves but does not by itself submit a server-side deletion request.

Children

The game does not ask players to provide a name, email address, precise location or free-form message. If a parent or guardian believes a child has provided personal information through the service, contact us so we can investigate.

Changes

We may update this policy when the game or its services change. The revision date at the top identifies the current version.
